The Duplin County Solid Waste Department’s landfill and collection sites will operate on the following schedule for the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays. The landfill and collection sites will be open following Christmas on Monday, December 27, 2021.

It is illegal to leave trash at closed sites and/or dump trash in unauthorized areas. It is also illegal to burn trash. Offenders will be prosecuted. Please keep Duplin County clean and beautiful by disposing of trash responsibly!
